I was a completely knew and unknown customer to Xentair and yet Paul treated me like I was his best customer. He went out his way to make sure I had my product even though there were problems from external sources which were outwith his control. Apart from his excellent service, on top of all this, his prices are the cheapest I've found and I did a LOT of hunting before I came across the Xentair website. I have an old machine that I purchased many years ago and am very attached to it, but getting parts for it has become an issue, probably because of the age. Searching online I found a company called Xentair International based in England so I contacted them and not only did they know my old machine but they even sourced the parts for me.
