I was a completely knew and unknown customer to Xentair and yet Paul treated me like I was his best customer. He went out his way to make sure I had my product even though there were problems from external sources which were outwith his control. Apart from his excellent service, on top of all this, his prices are the cheapest I've found and I did a LOT of hunting before I came across the Xentair website. I will definitely be bookmarking his site and will have no hesitation in purchasing other stuff from him in the future.
