Like many others: outrageous pricing, in stock marked on items and what looked like bona fide online company (loads of ads all over the place, company registration info, etc etc). Placed on order, cc processing "broken", stupidly I then paid by BACS. Their cc card processing is *always* broken, they collect your cash by BACS in order to (a) have it and get interest until the last possible moment when they'll refund and (b) circumvent being prosecuted by having any legislation that has to do... Not received goods after being given a delivery date of 10 working days. Emailed WAE+ and they replied by saying that the item is our of stock and not shipped yet. I have requested a refund, however have not received a confirmation from them that they will process the refund. Dreadful customer service, never responds to e-mails, wont give direct numbers, continually cut off when you do phone them. Charged me twice for an item as their system crashed and didn't complete the order. 3 days later received confirmation of the order and my account debited twice by which time I had ordered from another company. 2 weeks later, one amount has been refunded and the other is still outstanding. Not only did they renege on their agreement to deliver the machine - they claimed it was out of stock but more likely the price was wrong on the website and they were not prepared to fulfill the order. After shopping around, wanting to give more "locally based" companies a try instead of using some of the big names recently in the news, I was mis-sold into a promise of cheap goods with fast delivery and excellent human customer service. Instead what I found after my card was charged that it would be 3 weeks before my order would even be processed. This must rank as one of the worst online shopping experiences ever. They attract you with low prices and shipping costs, but once they start processing your order the system is designed to bank your money first before any order number is established then you get a web page explaining technical difficulties and no order is created but your money has gone. Completely useless, I ordered a set of speakers that never arrived. Had countless emails ignored, couldn't get through on the phone. It might be a couple of pounds cheaper to shop here but DO NOT RISK IT, BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Had so much trouble with this company there's not enough space to wright the whole story. Basically ordered a Samsung LED 3D TV which I never received after waiting 15 days when they said 4-6 working days so I cancelled. Still waiting for my refund of £310.20? I have now been in touch with my credit card company to take this matter further to try to retrieve my money. No reply until I flooded there servers with 700+ messages Quick to take your money but when they changed delivery times I cancelled and 4 days later no refund or cancellation. Then after flooding there messaging service with 700+ messages they email to say sorry item shipped. I called UPS and they said item had not been collected only a label had been created. After emailing again I got an apologetic email (part of it below) saying order would be cancelled and refund processed immediately.... (read more)

I placed an order on the 11th March 2013 for a graphics card that WAEPlus stated was in stock on their website. I monitored the order status using their website which unhelpfully informed me that it was "Awaiting Fulfiment". I waited a full week before contacting them directly (prepare yourself for at least a 20 minute wait on hold before you get through to any one). ORDERED A TV STAND BACK IN OCTOBER 2012, NEVER RECEIVED IT ALTHOUGH IT STILL SHOWS IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE, IN DECEMBER THEY PROCEEDED WITH A REFUND WITHOUT MY CONSENT, MARKED AS REFUNDED ON THEIR SIDE WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY NEVER PROCESSED.
