Order goods in good faith even though had to wait 10 to 12 working days. Phoned WAE on day 12 and was advised of further delays between 2 to 4 week. Insisted on money back. This is unacceptable as they state they provide a reliable and effcienct delivery service.
And it seems from the comments mine is not an isolated case. I will be contacting a consumer organisation raising concerns.
