I ordered a tv from this company and surprise surprise it never arrived on time! When I called their customer service team I spoke to a woman by the name of K. This women although was polite and said all
The right things like im sorry blah blah it was so obvious she had no idea what she was talking about or how to resolve my query it was like talkn to a robot who had a set pre revised script to read from! I also was shocked to be told i would have to pay more for a faster delivery even though they WAE had failed to deliver on the date promised!
