I bought a camera lens through the site and it said they would deliver in a week. They didn't, so I emailed and apparently there had been a problem with the supplier (you'll read a lot of reviews that say the very same thing) and they won't have that item (although in the site it still says they have it in stock). They said they had refunded the money (which was a big fat lie). I had to complain, email them, call them, until they told me they couldn't refund and made me go to my bank to place a dispute with VISA.

This is a shot in the dark, but my guess is that they take your money, the "legally" keep it as much as possible and they profit from it. After two or three months, when you finally get your money back they've made some money on interests and on to the next victim!
