I would advise caution, in dealing with this organisation. I have to say that in all my dealings with Internet company's, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
On the 20th November, I ordered a toy for my great Grandson. The money was taken from my Credit Card within a few days, and I received notification that the goods would be with me, around the 26/27th November. The days past, with no delivery. I then tried to contact them by phone, but kept getting directed to their Contact Us box. I subsequently sent two messages on differnt days, but despite receiving acknowledgments no reply's were received
On the 4th December I contacted Birmingham Trading Standards, and was directed to a phone number, which turnrd out to be Citizens Advice. I reported my concerns regarding this company, they quoted me a Complaints Ref No.. In the meantime I again attempted to get through to WAE+, and on this occasion managed to speak to an operator, after a 25 minute delay, only to be told that the goods I had ordered were not available. I then asked them to cancel my order, and requested a refund, I was advised that this would take a few days. I confirmed my cancellation in writing. I then received an Email from them indicating they were having difficulty, in getting the refund back into my account, and that I should raise a dispute, through my bank. This I duly did, and on the 20th December a detailed letter with all the documentation was sent to my Credit Card Company. On the 2nd January I checked my CC account, and discovered that it had been credited with the appropriate amount, thereby finalising the transaction to my satisfaction.
Obviously from what I have written, I will not be dealing with this company in the future, and if anyone chooses to order goods from them, go in with your eyes open, and don't be tempted by the attractive prices
