placed my order for my 6 year old sons main christmas present from this company it never arrived they took the payment out of account within 24 hrs they do not answer the phone or reply to emails i do not know how they sleep at night have reported them to birmingham trading standards my only advice is DO NOT USE this company.

Exactly the same happened to me. Can't get through on phone. No goods arrived. Took my money next day. Told me they had problems with their merchant provider. Told me to contact my bank to get my money back!!! Disgusting
