Ordered goods for £160 were ordered on 19.11 and on 06.12 were still undelivered. Goods were required to carry IT works which were put on hold.
Once I managed to get on the phone and was informed goods would be delivered by 04.12 (of course they weren't). In all other cases it was impossible to get in touch on the phone (phone system informs about large volume of calls and does not even put in a queue).
