wae committing fraud

i ordered some pc speakers for my husband on 25th nov 2012, paid £96.65 kept checking website for delivery info said would be delivered between 4th/6th dec i marked it as xmas gift guess what its the 6th and no speakers tried to ring loads of time but there experiencing high levels of calls so use fast track email well thats a joke as sent 6 of them and not had one reply, fed up went on website to cancel this is what was showing

Your order was placed on the 25th of November 2012 (after 3:00pm) using the 'Economy (6-8 working days)' delivery option and is due to arrive between the 4th of December 2012 and the 6th of December 2012. so which is it, its all lies and dont understand how this company is still trading loads of unhappy people and lots of people who wont be getting any presents for xmas as they will probably hold onto my money now for full 30 days so no chance of me being able to replace the speaker system in time for xmas, im so upset and disappointed with the whole experience ive had with this despicable company please get them shut down
