I ordered PC components six weeks ago. The items were all supposedly in stock and due for 3-5 day delivery. My card was charged straight away. After they missed the delivery date they could only offer a delivery a week later, so I cancelled for a full refund....except I'm still waiting.
They don't respond to emails sent via their system and most of the time the phone system tells you they're too busy and cut you off. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket and have wasted so much time on this.
