I ordered 7th October 2012, delivery supposed to be 8-10 days, 2 weeks later i emailed Where is my delivery, got a reply should just be 3 working days.. No Printer, I rang up, sorry it'll be 3-4 WEEKS!! Is that ok - er no refund please over 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund and can't get through on the phone. Lodging claim with credit card company. AVOID!!!!!
