They don't deliver orders when they say they will. Their customer service agents read from scripts and are 100% inflexible. They even lie to get you off the phone.
They promise the earth on their website and make out they are successful and growing - buying from them online has been the worst online buying experience in my entire life. After 4 phone calls to chase a £40 order the goods still have not arrived and although they keep saying the goods "are in transit" they cannot/will not supply me with the name of the parcel carrier or any tracking information - I suspect the goods are not "in transit" at all and never have been which means they lie to customers too!!
Just don't buy from them - you will probably regret it if you do!
