“Dreadful lack of service”

Chased delivery when due - held on twenty minutes waiting for a reply - told they have problems with their courier. Chased again today, a week later - they haven't actually got any stock! Never managed to get a reply in less than fifteen minutes, their quick response system doesn't work, now they tell me it will take two to four weeks to credit my account, having already sat on my money for three weeks. They refuse to give me a telephone number to contact a director, just another generic e-mail address. Don't even consider trading with these incompetent people.
