i ordered a hello kitty dvd player on 11 oct for my daughters birthday on 5 nov.it should have been here by the latest 29 oct so when it had not arrived by 30 oct i rang them. after being on hold for 22 mins,spoke to one lady who said she would email back within 30 min to let me know where my delivery was.......5 hours later i had heard nothing and had to ring again ! i was told by someone else my order would not be delivered for 2 weeks which is past my little girls birthday.was then told i wont be refunded for 2-4 weeks.explained i needed it refunding asap so i could buy another in time but this made no difference.tried to contact them 3 times since via the contact page and noone responds.ABYSMAL COMPANY DO NOT USE .
