“refund !!!!”

ordered camera it didn't arrive so i phoned up. I was on hold 23 mins and told my order was delayed but no one had been in touch to tell me. Then when i asked for a refund i was told i would have to wait for the money to go back into my account and they couldn't give me a date when it would be put back !!! but they took the money straight out when i ordered. Dont use this site. It might be cheaper but costs more in the long run. I got camera from pc world in the end. Much more helpful and got camera straight away. Its worth paying that few pound more.
