Placed an order, charged more for delivery than advertised.
Never arrived. Apart from the automated order confirmation I have received no other communication at all.
Tried calling three times, estimated waiting-time 37 minutes, got cut off after 15. Next time estimated waiting time 43 minutes, got cut off again. Third time it didn't ring at all.
There is no email address, only an assortment of on-line forms which don't appear to work.
This is exactly the kind of service that puts people off mail-order.
I don't know if it is actually a legitimate business, presumably after a certain number of charge-backs they'll have to close down.
Remember folks, if it looks too cheap to be true...
