I ordered two colour laser printers and some other bits - total order value over £500. The stated delivery date came and went so I chased and was promised delivery 'by end of next week', which also passed without anything turning up. I tried to get some sense out of WAE+ Customer Service but they didn't reply to emails and so I cancelled to order via their online form - which did elicit a very prompt reply and immediate cancellation; it was almost as if they were geared up for this. Just waiting to see how quickly any card payment is reversed.
