I placed an order with WAE on Sunday and paid extra for 1 to 3 day delivery, for a present for my son for his birthday on wednesday. When it did not arrive I phoned them to enquire and they told me that there is an extra day added to 'place the order' and then the count starts so no refund is due until it doesn't come on the fourth day! It still hasn't arrived so I will not hold my breath, nor will I order from them again, I think
That said, they are the cheapest, but then I was happy to pay for prompt service, so will others
