When I ordered a hard drive from WAE+, it was shown as in stock. Despite this, the item has not been delivered in more than 4 weeks. I followed up with two emails to
I was asked whether I still would want the item now. As if I ever not wanted it. I noted that the current price on WAEplus.co.uk is now cheaper and requested WAE+ to adjust the price accordingly. However, the supervisor of the friendly call centre person declined. There where also no signs of compensation for my month-long wail for nothing. Consequently, I asked for a full refund and hope that this will go through now. Wish me luck.
You do yourself a favour by avoiding WAE+ altogether.
