Terrible!

Terrible! Took the money straight away and gave me a delivery date. Date passed so i had to contact them to find out what was going on. Told me out of stock, even though still showing in stock on their website. Waited another 2 weeks! Rang them and got the usual blurb that it would be with us shortly. Asked for a manager, not the child I first got, to ring me back with definite delivery details. No one rang me! No response to my irate email either. Had to ring again to cancel order, then the next day to chase up the refund! They told me it could take up to 2 weeks for my funds to be available!!! All phone calls at my expense. DO NOT USE WAE+
