Change of delivery partner means I won't be using them again.
I have happily used Viking Direct in the past, as they have a good range of products at a reasonable price, delivered quickly. However, they now seem to have started using Yodel as their delivery partner and Yodel are terrible -- every delivery I've had through Yodel has been messed up somehow. So unless I hear Viking Direct have changed their delivery partner (they used to use TNT, who were decent), I'll be ordering my stationery from another vendor.
Praise for the person I dealt with in their webchat contact team who took down the details of what had happened and promised to let the courier department know.
