I would like to start by expressing my utter disgust at The customer service I received.
The two members of staff that I spoke to were totally unhelpful, vague and frankly sounded like they didn't want to help me.
I only received 2 out of 3 printers that I ordered, and was not notified that the 3rd was placed on back-order. I had to contact THEM to find out this information. This is, to put it bluntly, down right disgraceful. I then contacted them again to cancel the back-order and asked for a simple conformation email to say that this had been done. I was then told that even something as simple as an email couldn't be sent to me?! What an utter joke! I shall be terminating my company's account with them and taking my business elsewhere from now on.
