After extensive searching for a legitimate copy of Outlook 2010, I realised the best option was going to be buying it as part of the Office 2010 Suite. I absolutely hate ALL post-2010 versions of Outlook, and was struggling to find a source of it. Finally I found this "partner seller" on Pixmania. For the record, Pixmania, although having absolutely zero clue about customer service, IS at least a legit company. TresBizz, however, are NOT legitimate sellers. I had thought it a safe bet to buy through Pixmania - surely they vet their sellers carefully, right? All my worst fears were confirmed, however, when TresBizz sent me an e-mail (all in French - in spite of my location being made very clear to them via my order), it contained an Office 2010 serial key, and a link to download that from a MEDIAFIRE link!! Obviously I wasn't going to be doing that - as anyone could have added in anything to a fileshare site file. Instead, I entered the key they gave me into the Microsoft site - to discover I could only download it IN JAPANESE. I wish I had researched better into them - even their Pixmania listing states they have "1 sales" - that would be muggins here. I e-mailed TresBizz to ask for a refund and informed them exactly why. Predictably they have yet to bother replying to me - also Pixmania have yet to help me. Next step is legal action I suppose. Lesson learned : AVOID this dodgy key seller. It's astonishing that even with prices like £150, you can still get screwed.
