As a result of poor communication between solopress and the Student's Union at my University, programmes that we needed for the first night of a huge-scale show failed to be delivered by the first night, leaving us stranded. Obviously their poor understanding/ lack of consideration of the impact of a first night without programmes has heavily dented my opinion of their service. Payment had been guaranteed, and despite being given the necessary details, solopress were obstinate and have heavily cost us.
