I ordered my business cards through solopress from hearing about their 24hour delivery service. This, I was soon to find out, was actually a lie!
I was notified I would not recieve these the next day via the courier service. I then called solopress to complain and I was assured that then would then be delivered the following day between 9am and 12pm(I stated otherwise I would use a different 24 hour delivery company). By 12.30 nothing had turned up so I called them again to find out again that it had been sent to the wrong depot and that depot was closed and nothing could be done for me. I then found myself with less then 24hours to go with no other form of advertising for my company. I have now recieved a call after placing an complaint and it seems as though they are not going to give me a refund of any sort other than a discount when I next used them!! which I am now not going to do. They're excuse has been that it is the couriers fault but for me that is not an excuse they should use a different courier sevrice or atleast offer a refund for all the inconvenience caused. Will never use solopress again and will never recommend them
