I placed my order which entitled me to free delivery. Then I received an email saying the size and weight of what I was ordering meant I would have to pay carriage and how did I want to pay this - via paypal or added to the card I had used. I emailed by return stating add to the card. I received an automated reply saying my email would be actioned asap. The following day I tried again as no response and your website says emails are usually answered within 12 hours (it had now been over 24).... (read more)

We ordered 10 click frames. On the first attempt 7 were sent intact, 3 broken. It took several attempts to contact the company to ask for replacements. Having chased the replacements 3 times, they eventually arrived after about 1 month. 1 intact and 2 broken. Sent an email requesting a refund. Still awaiting a response! (read more)

Unfortunately this company has let themselves and me and there fore my clients down very badly as I am still to date waiting on the full order to be delivered. If you can help please get involved. It's been two weeks now! I tried there telephone numbers and unfortunately no one picked up or no answering msg facility. They were the same price I paid about a decade ago from Office World who seem to have gone bust - no one else offered them near this price. I only needed one pack of folders but even though the postage was exceptional value, I found I got further discounts by ordering more, so I ordered three times as much as I needed and I now have enough folders to last me for for 4 years. I ordered my items at the begining of the month and it took 3 weeks for them to get here. It took ages to go through the several stages before being dispatched. Some of my items were out of stock however I only found this out after waiting over a week for my order and contacting customer services. Had no time to go out shopping around but did need the files and these appeared to be cheapest available on the net. Have since found them about half the price at my local superstore but guess what never any on the shelves. The thing, an oven/microwave with hotplates took alot of finding and I was happy to discover a site with such breadth. However when it arrived it was a regular oven without the microwave. It is difficult to get to a human on One Click but eventually I was assured that the product was available and the problem was an oversight on the part of the picker... we did manage to persuade them that I was too decrepit to lug the thing down to the post office; and they did arrange to have it collected.... The order form was not working because I live in Norway and it wouldn't accept my state code... so i ordered on the phone. Nice person on the phone. The delivery was not as good as promised. after 10 days I started to worried that the packaged would not arrived. The tracking system didn't work. It said it was arrived in Oslo area but did not show a date for it. On the order confirmation it estimated delivery at 1-3 days. When the order didn't arrive after a week I checked the order on the site to see only one item had been picked. Beware when you buy off this company I should've read other people's feedback first. This company sells products that they have no stock of as in my case but reading other people's feedback I'm not the first and probably not the last BEWARE. They are only bothered when you give them negative feedback but be warned again they send a generic email saying they tried to phone you but couldn't get in touch so how can they when they haven't got my number. Ordered some stationery including some A4 notebooks and 10 ring binders. Part of the order arrived but not the notebooks and only 5 ring binders. When I flagged up the problem the responses were more suited to the wrong products being delivered. Eventually they confirmed that I needed to send back the 5 loose ring binders so that they could send me 10 loose ring binders and the rest of my order! Ridiculous! So now I don't have the notebooks either. Think I'll stick to Lyreco in future. (read more)

I too am having major issues, we bought a Sat Nav, they sent wrong one, been waiting a week for them to collect to then send the correct one that we've paid for. I have emailed a complaint demanding someone rings me, but nothing has happened. Cannot get through on the phone numbers they have, they never answer it! Am at the end of my tether..... Would NEVER recommend these people! Shocking abysmyl customer service. How they do any business transactions is beyond me!!!
