“Overall I am happy but could be improved”

The items description and products themselves are very good however I feel the whole process was a little slow. I ordered my items at the begining of the month and it took 3 weeks for them to get here. It took ages to go through the several stages before being dispatched. This needs to be sped up to improve the service. Other than that I was happy.
