Ordered some stationery including some A4 notebooks and 10 ring binders. Part of the order arrived but not the notebooks and only 5 ring binders. When I flagged up the problem the responses were more suited to the wrong products being delivered. Eventually they confirmed that I needed to send back the 5 loose ring binders so that they could send me 10 loose ring binders and the rest of my order! Ridiculous! So now I don't have the notebooks either. Think I'll stick to Lyreco in future.
