We decided to order from this company as they offered a next day delivery service. With both of us working during the day, this seemed like the option that would cause the least disruption, whilst providing us with the office furniture we required. It all started well, with a text from the delivery driver the morning of the agreed delivery date. providing us with a delivery time. When the good arrived, we were missing the top of the Vistro Ergonomic Top. The delivery man explained that it was damaged and to get in touch with Office Supermarket. I did, the customer service as this point was very good, they explained the situation and that they will be able to deliver a new desk top on that Thursday. I explained that this day would not be suitable, and whilst we could arrange time off for the Friday, i was hoping they could narrow down the delivery time to either am or pm, to limit the time i needed to take off work or if i could arrange weekend delivery. I was informed they would look into the weekend option and ring me back. They did not. When i contacted them the following day, i was told that the delivery was arranged for the Thursday, despite me telling them, that i could not take this day off at such short notice. I asked again about the possibility of weekend delivery, they said they will look into it and ring me back. They did not. I arranged to have the Friday off to receive delivery of the new desk top. I arrived, it was damaged. I am writing this on the third day i have had to take off work, having just rang Office Supermarket to confirm delivery for today, having arranged this previously. I was informed that there was a delay in delivery - no reason provided, and that some one had attempted to make contact - no calls recorded on my phone, my partners phone or his work phone, to indicate any contact had been attempted. I asked to speak to a manager, having now lost three days work and having to arrange a forth off, but they were 'busy'. I have been told that they will ring me back, but based on previous experiences of this companies ability to return phone calls, i am not holding my breath. In short, if you are considering using this company for ease of delivery - think again
