Decent products, terrible service/delays & delivery policy

We used this company for our office move, spending a substantial amount with them.
Despite them giving us a time scale, 3 important products arrived a week late (2 weeks after their suggested/promised time scale).
They would then only deliver to ground floor (our office is floor 1, though there is a giant lift, so it shouldn't have been difficult). They said it cost £150 to bring 3 filling cabinets up 1 floor. (and were quite rude about it).

We liked most of the products, but I think we would be unlikely to risk it with them again, due to timescales and having to find our own way to get goods up the stairs. (they left them in the building next door in the end, which is then even harder to bring things from).

I would have liked a genuine timescale from the start and to have been told it was gf only, as I wouldn't have used them if so. (being a work force of ladies, unable to carry heavy things).
