“Buying a newprinter”

Wanting to replace a Samsung printer with teh same model I found it was out pf production and so it was hard to find one. Th efirst supplier said it was in stcok, took a credit card payment and then had to send a refund as it had been sold. Office Needs Direct took my details and said that one printer was available. They then contacted their warehouse and got the staff to physically check the printer was still there rather than trusting a computer printout. They then called me back and took... (read more)

The items I bought were cheaper than elsewhere, I got free delivery and the goods arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box the next day. We went with Office Needs Direct because a previous company had had such a bad record on delivery, things basically being dumped anywhere, and no phone calls at all. I am very happy to say that the delivery company used by Office Needs Direct were absolutely excellent with no problems at all, most helpful, lots of phone calls and updates, and most helpful at putting the cabinet where needed. We were recommended Office Needs by one of our member of staff who used them from her previous employer. We have since been using Office Needs Direct for some while now and every time they have provided us with a good service, delivery is prompt, and they have been very helpful when we need something urgent. I have used Office Needs Direct for the past 6 or more years and ordered through the web shop www.officeneedsdirect.co.uk, and our recent order just like all others before it was delivered in a timely and professional manner. I especially like the way that unlike some online companies you can simply pick up the phone and talk to a human being! Would highly recommend to all.
