“Efficient with good customer service”

Office Furniture Online provided a very efficient service from order through to delivery of a desk and pedestal recently. They earned additional customer satisfaction credibility when I reported that the desk had a minor but prominent manufacturing default on the top of the desk. Natasha at Office Furniture Online quickly arranged a replacement top that arrived a week later and the damaged top was taken back. There was no customer hassle at any point unlike experiences I have had with other suppliers recently.
