“Product fault/ replacement and repair”

Having been very satisfied with the original purchase of a brown leather executive chair, bought a second model for a lower use situation. Unfortunately, two problems arose, one with the seat base stitching, and the other with the casters robustness. Upon notification, and without hesitation, the company replaced the seat base and provided a new set of casters. Couldn't have asked for more.
