Didn't send the right furniture then had the ordasity to charge me for collection.
Still waiting for collection some 4 weeks later and only then will i get a refund.
Every time i call for an update thing always have just been done in the last hour. are they in a ******* time warp or something.
MESSAGE TO THE MD: GET A BLOODY GRIP OF YOUR COMPANY AND USELESS STAFF.
