Purchased 17 mesh back chairs which started to break fairly soon after delivery. When we notified FAW we were informed that it is a parts only warranty and they would send us parts. Some parts could not be fitted without specialist tools and the remaining chairs continued to break. The very last functional chair has now broken after a year and half. Problems include faulty gas rams, broken backs and wheels.
As telephoning FAW hadnt achieved the desired response we wrote to them and have just recived a telephone call back advising that we comence proceeding against them so we will.
