They messed up the delivery, so I cancelled the order. They didn’t like that at all and took over a month to process my refund. They came up with cancellation charges and all sorts of excuses and even threat of legal action didn’t work. In the end it was the intervention of a national newspaper that made them refund my money. And they only take orders on behalf of the manufacturers so don’t really know what they are selling and are not really in control of the deliveries.
