Be very weary when using the payment options online, my address was put in incorrectly 7 times and although the site told me the transaction had not gone through, well infact it had (7 times) and i ended up 1500 quid down, after pissing about faxing between banks and extak i am hoping to get my money bk by the end of the day... although this is somewhat my fault, im very upset that the money was still taken out even though it said the transaction didnt go through... im now on hold and... Where to start! Difficult to get hold of, phone goes straight to answer phone, and no one called back. Eventual email response was hardly friendly or helpful. I had to ask questions that should have been given to me. The payment didn't go through, although it did on my bank system. I was told something about the bank shadowing my payment, which means I have to wait 3 days for it to return into my account. The item I order was not in stock, despite the website saying it was.
