Found the website to be user friendly, very informative had all the info i needed, so easy to use and navigate through the system. They seem to have the clients intrests at heart rather than just the £££££££ sign in their mind. Being so easy to use they got my attention straight away, up there with the best in my eyes

Can't believe how much the price of colour machines and copies have come down since we signed our last 5 year lease! Just shows its always better to look around.

Reading what others had said on this site, I decided to give it a go. I am pleased that I did. One thing I would say, is that do not fill your details in on other sites like this as you WILL receive the right amount of quotes. I made that mistake last year and ended up with way too many calls. Just use this site and save yourself from being bombarded by sales people.

I was very happy with the quotes that I received. The quotes were very easy to understand and were not full of hidden fees. Our last contract had some little gems hidden in the small print so I this time I made sure that I paid special attention as was happy that the quotes seemed honest.

At first I thought this site was fully automated, as in I would get quotations emailed after I filled the form out. So I was a little surprised when someone called me confirming my details and checking they knew what I was looking for. Also after that I was called by the companies providing the quotes. While I thought this diverting, I understand now why the site works this way as there were questions I was asked that I hadn't considered and this led to the recommended copiers being more suited to what I use it for, hence saving me money on not buying something with bells and whistles that I would never use. Friendly service by all who called and very happy with the results.

As a procurement manager I am always chasing the best deals for equipment in our offices and warehouses. Time efficiency is key to my job and if there were more sites like this for all the things I bought my life would be so much easier! Received quotations very fast (same day) from the companies that called and we had a new copier on our doorstep 4 days later. Will use again next time.

I have always used Konica photocopiers and while searching for a bizhub 360C i came across easyphotocopiers.com. Full detail on the machine was given and where I had already got a price for purchasing the machine outright, I took the plunge and filled out the form asking for more prices to compare. I was called and asked if it was only this machine I was looking at as they could provide quotes for different machines with the same spec, but due to sticking with what we know, we just asked for quotes on this. I received 2 more quotations for this machine from suppliers who were reasonably local to me and while there wasn't massive difference in the pricing, I did feel one particular company had our business interests at heart. So I saved money and bought in confidence.

I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a new copier for their business. Everything is here that you need. Initial info is borderline too much but then you don't have to read through all of it! It is surprising just how functional these devices have become over the years though. Many models are included in the site to give you guidelines on the different specifications and getting quotes after going through the process is fast and efficient. I have already told my wife who is also looking for a new copier for her business to use this site.

Using this service is extremely easy and competent. The site is easy to navigate and the form simple. I was returned contact by the chosen suppliers the same day and was happy with the service they provided. Saved me alot of time sourcing multiple quotations to choose from. Overall a good experience.

I am always sceptical of using the internet for buying business equipment but thought I would take the plunge! It was when a kind lady phoned me from the site, before I had received any quotes, to go through what I was looking for, making sure they had a picture of what my business did and what I used the copier for and how often that I felt this was an organised and professional outfit. Out of the suppliers who called me, I did find that one of them was a little forceful but the other 2 were very helpful, listened to me and acted in a professional manner. There was no obligation anywhere in this process and even though I haven't made a decision yet, I think I will be using one of the sites recommended suppliers.

Our printing and copying costs soared at the beginning of this year, due to new projects being started. We hadn't properly planned for this and as a result our current deal on our copier became a hefty overhead. We decided we would act early even though we still had a little time to run on our current deal and used this site to get multiple quotes all at once. We signed a new deal yesterday after discussing our options with all the suppliers put through to us and have made sure that we have also now factored in future growth. The immediate savings are very substantial and we are now confident that moving forward it stays this way.

We have been sourcing more and more of our higher cost equipment through the internet of late and we would like to give a thumbs up for easyphotocopiers. The site is very informative in regards to the capability of copiers these days and how, or how not functionality can affect your business. From the site alone we built up a picture of the kind of machine we thought we wanted and after discussing these options with the companies that called us through the site, we feel we have made an informed decision that benefits all departments within our office.

Having already received a quote for a new machine from our current supplier, I came across easyphotocopiers site by typing in the model number of the machine I had been quoted on. The site then took me through a simple form that had autofilled the model of machine for me! From there I did get a call from a nice staff member, where I confirmed I only wanted comparable pricing for that particular machine and lo and behold I had 3 comparable quotes within a matter of hours. Let the bartering begin!

So glad I wasn't bombarded with calls, my boss needed a photocopier, so found Easyphotocopiers, submitted our needs, received a call straight away, then another call from the supplier, order confirmed & the deal was done, great service.
