If you decide to buy a product from here (not sure why you would), make sure it is something that is literally unbreakable. Otherwise, actually getting something replaced is a nightmare. The customer service is basically non-existent. The back on the mesh chair I ordered was ripped after a few weeks of usage. To get a replacement back, I had to work very hard to get to someone who could try send one, who didn't even do it, citing "courier problems and delays" or some rubbish. So they can't actually do anything if there's a problem with what you ordered. AVOID.

Horribly lacking, non-responsive customer service and no order delivered. I have been trying to discuss my order with Direct Office Supply for over a week now. The customer services number does not work, I have had 1 email confirming my email has been received and my order enquiry will be addressed. I have been patient, but still, no follow up after 7 plus days. My product has not even been delivered. I am now contacting my credit card company to try to recover my monies back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Fast delivery easy to assemble Arrived quickly and was easy to put together. The chair is light but stable,back support is comfortable, height adjustable, Good home office chair.

I ordered a cabinet, they took my money, then after 3 weeks waiting, i made an enquiry about the order and delivery. Then i was sent an email stating that they do not deliver in my area. This was not mentioned at the time of ordering. At least i got a full refund, at least i hope so, i havnt checked yet. Go else where there are more reliable shops/businesses out there.

I purchased the leather chair, which turns out to be a plastic imitation of leather. all further communication was ignored. At the end of I was given choice to send it back at my cost or keep it.

Ordered a £200 chair, contacted them to arrange delivery so somebody would be available to accept it, only to be told basically that it will arrive whenever, and I'll just have to contact the courier company when I get the failed delivery card. Pretty weak. There are millions of office chair suppliers out there, so do yourself a favour and use a different one. These guys suck.

Ordered a chair 3 weeks ago, it's not yet been delivered. Nobody answers when I call Customer Service hotline. Will need to claim my money back now!

We ordered over £700 worth of office furniture which should have been 1-3 working days delivery. Over 3 weeks later we are still waiting and very frustrated! The Customer Service line is mostly unmanned, so you can't speak to anyone, even though they say it's open from 10 to 4. When we eventually spoke to someone, they promised delivery on Wed 20 May, so we waited in all day........but nothing. No delivery, no phone call, no explanation. Have tried to contact since by email and phone, but absolutely no response. Our advice would be DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - it's a long time since we've suffered such bad customer service. I suspect it's not going to be easy getting our money back either, if we get to that point. Be warned!

Ordered an office chair from this company over a month ago, they let me know that the "in stock" icon on their website doesn't mean that they actually have your purchase in stock and that i would have to wait until the end of April....it is now May and i dont have a clue what this company is doing. I've tried calling them a couple of times leaving messages but no-one calls me back, this is very frustrating as a simple "no we cannot supply the chair you ordered" would suffice (and getting my payment refunded of course)

Ordered a four door filing cabinet in beech from Direct Office Supplies. It came within a week, fully assembled. Very good quality piece of furniture and for an amazing price! Communication from the company was excellent. Will definitely use again and will recommend to all.

I would highly recommend this firm. We needed chairs very quickly over the easter holiday and they were the only ones who could get them to us in time. Infact they got them to us ahead of time. They have been more than helpful with 2 small issues with one chair and have been very helpful everytime I phoned. Overall I would say an excellent service and lovely staff

My faithful old work chair broke after many years service, I needed one in a hurry, got in contact with Direct Office after looking at their website. The advisor was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, ordered the chair and it arrived next day, great product knowledge, great service, I would use this company again. Bought an Office desk and drawer set from Direct Office Supplies...courier phoned and made arrangement for delivery...and delivered as planned. goods were as described and very good price...would use again.

Phoned Direct Office Supply on Wednesday morning and spoke with a salesman. He answered my questions about which office chair to buy and took my order over the phone. The chair was here (with free delivery) at 4.00 pm on Thursday - delivered directly by the supplier. Great service! There was a problem with the chair and I notified Direct Office Supply on Friday morning. I did have a problem getting through, but my call was eventually answered. They understood the problem, contacted the supplier who delivered a replacement part on Monday afternoon & now all is well. Annoying, but not Direct Office Supply's fault. They have done everything possible to help and I will use them again.

We bought some white office desks from this company and were looking to purchase some bright office chairs to go, after speaking with Kat in their sales office she pointed out some options and even sent over an image of her lime green seat. We went with the same colour but on a mesh style chair and the office looks great.

We needed a couple of office chairs delivered quickly and after being let down by another company, I found direct office online and they explained that this model was now discontinued but they had a very similar chair at roughly the same cost. They sent over details of their chair by e-mail and included a specification sheet showing the differences and similarities to the original chair. We bought the chairs and they arrived 2 days later and I think they are actually better than the original chair we had waited so long for from elsewhere.
