I decided to order a "Dynamic 700mm Wide Low Bookcase" from this on-line office furniture retailer at the end of April 2015. The ordering process was buggy and resulted in a duplicate order being placed but after I spoke to a member of staff, one of them was duly cancelled and immediately refunded. All was well I thought.. A week later I'd heard nothing about the status of my order and on contacting the retailer learned that they no longer offered that particular product. They were unable to offer a suitable replacement (even though the item still appears on their website..), so I asked them to cancel my order and provide a refund. Another week later I hadn't received any confirmation of the cancellation or refund and asked for an update with no response. I chased this once more at the end of May (a month after I placed my order) with no response again. Luckily I'd made the purchase through PayPal and so I filed a complaint and asked them to recover my payment instead. Following another couple of no response from the retailer, PayPal provided me with a refund.
