Easy website to use the first time, now even easier that i've registered. Had a problem with my order (I accidentally ordered 2 lots of black bins instead of one black and one blue). On receipt of the wrong bins they reacted immediately to my request to change some of the bins. Excellent. And - No delivery costs! (read more)

Easy and clear to order, extremely competitive price, high quality product (strong metal bookends) and delivery within 48 hours for which I did not pay any extra. So I was really pleased. Well...so far everything I've bought from here has been fine - plus the prices are good - especially on the 5Star and unbranded products - and delivery is usually next day.
