Firstly the web site is easy to use, understandable and is straight forward, as I am ordering online for the office, I don't want to be spending a great deal of time just to purchase something simple. I did previously try to order the same lamp I purchased from 5 star, through another site, it did not make an impression as I cannot remember the company's name. However I was impressed with the saving I made using 5 Star, that I also ordered another Lamp for the IT department.
Since then I did have a problem with one of the lamps; no problem, Taylor who handled my query, organised for a pick up of the faulty item and re-ordered another for the next day. Now that is what I call 100% service.
