“Package offered then not honoured”

I have been speaking to (name removed) for a few days about buying a £2000+ piano. We discussed the package which included the Yamaha CLP470PE, a matching stool, a 5 year warranty and free delivery. It was all agreed on the phone. I asked him to email me details on the warranty as I know Yamaha only offer 2 years. I received no emails so I called him up and asked him to send it to me again.
