I ordered a Guitar that arrived with some kind of manufacturers issue.
After a quick & courteous correspondence with there customer service,a courier was dispatched by them & was returned next day free of charge.I received a full & complete refund.
I've purchased a Guitar previous to the returned one which was flawless,so I think I just got unlucky this time.
I would still purchase from Reidys again if needed.
I got unlucky this time,but was easily rectified by there excellent service.
From my own experience,I can recommend.
