After talking things over with my daughter I decided to buy a Yamaha keyboard as a present for my grandchildren. We looked on the website and I ordered it 24 November so that I would have it in time for Christmas. Reidy's did better than that ! In fact they amazed me with their prompt attention. The keyboard was delivered free, complete with free mains adaptor, on 25 November, just 24 hrs after I had ordered on line. Not only that, I was informed by email of the hourly time slot and details of how to contact the courier if this was inconvenient. I call this amazing 21st century service. This family firm is a class act.
