Got in touch with the shop through a British Colleague. I have asked to purchse a guitar, an american standard Fender Telecaster. I got the guitar eventually, after the shop crew helped me to find the best colour. worthy to notice that the shop has already the guitar available, but in a colour that was not quite my cup of tea. Nevertheless, they gave me all the information as necessary to find the right one, among the full solour choice. After that the guitar has been send to Kazakhstan, I received it perfectly lined up and with all accessory that I did not even ordered: guitar strap, original Fender, wire, other than original hard case. I had a small issue with the tuning: i contacted them, I got just the good advise other than full availability to re-check my guitar eventually, which was not necessary. I got exactly what I wanted, and thanks to that I am havig good time with my new guitar. Music is very particular kind of purchase, feeling are involved, expectations, more than any kind of other "shopping department". I know I did a write choice thrusting this dealer, and I am sure I will keep in touch with their crew.
