Ordered from them, asked the UK Office first if it was billed in £GBP, the answer was Yes. Then found I had been billed in Euros so incurred a commission charge....complained and was evantually refunded the charge weeks later, but only after complaining to the German part of the company.
Also, the power lead was an EU one, not UK. And when the item did arrive, the price on the box was the best part of 100 Euros less than what I paid.
Complained about these problems, but no action taken, the best answer I got was "it has not yet been resolved". What sort of an answer is that?
