Extremely friendly and helpful staff who are there when you want them for advice but happy to leave you to make up your own mind which guitar you want. Ended up buying a Taylor 314ce. Amazing guitar. This is a home practice and studio recording combo. That's it. Don't use it with drums of for gigging. That's not what it was designed for. The combo is beautifully made and put together. Normally I hate going into music shops of any kind or description, because the staff there manage to make you feel like you are either a) invisible or b) clueless in the extreme. So, what a relief to discover the total change of atmosphere in Guitar Mania in Poole. They are helpful in an old fashioned sort of way, respectful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Very awkward to deal with & very poor customer care, especially for a company that cites its multi awards for good service as a reason to shop with them - I would never use them again. (read more)
