The string winder you sent has been used! Covered in scratches and wear marks. I know it was only a very cheap item but
No excuse. Small customers can become loyal customers as you must realise, my next purchase could have been a guitar costing several thousand pounds as I collect great guitars. Have a word with your staff!!

Hi

Im sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase, sadly the string winders are stored and delivered in a tub holding multiple items and as such could become marked. I agree with your comments as stated in your review that it is unacceptable to send substandard products. We work hard to meet our customer's expectations and apologise that in this instance we have fallen short of yours. Please let me assure you the item was not second hand.

We will of course be happy to send another winder out to you Asap.

If you could confirm delivery address i will be happy to get it in the post.
